Well, it does say on the 'Case Specific Enquiry' page, to contact them if the application has passed the normal processing time.
The normal processing time is listed as 15 months.

Now, the normal processing times can be seen on this page:

That's all you need to contact them. There isn't really any email you can contact them through.

ohh god mpnp is again in deep sleep............ status in process for approximately one month but no update ??? ???anyone who got sponsor call ?

he he ha ha haa, funny, no be my color they make am slow ooo, dis king self, anyway is not that i really belived in the 15 months long processing, but if u check all our seniors here, some 13 months, some 12 months, so thats it, and this tin keep on increasing, people are sending application to CIC everyday, anywell they gave us 15 months, there even planing to extend it to 17 months now, make God just help us for quick processing

My destination city is Winnipeg , can I stay in Toronto for few days and then take a flight to Winnipeg or shud it be straight connecting flight to the final destination ..

Hi,

I think u better directly go to your destination first as they may ask you about the initial address and other details for Social Security Number. Its not admissible to give any hotel address for such things. I feel most of the fights are connecting through Toronto or any city of US to Winnipeg. This information is my personal view from my friends. There are many seniors who will guide you better....

Thank u .. Actually I just want to stay for 2 to 3 days to meet some friends and will stay at their place n finally will move and stay in winnipeg as I am under MPNP

I stayed in Vancouver before I flew to Winnipeg and I'm a provincial nominee.

when i got loa they mentioned that while applying for cic, you must attach a valid ielts with it. Otherwise your application will be return. my noc is a. should i go for fresh ielts ??

Yes , if your ielts has expired then u need to rewrite it

Hi All,
I contacted the Ottawa Office about my application because that's the processing center for people who apply from the US, but apparently they don't have my file.
Does anyone know how to contact the Nova Scotia office?
Any Email or phone numbers?
I'm planning on contacting them and finding out where my file is and proceeding from there.
Couldn't hurt right...
