Where to mail if i have any question related "MPNP" File processing

i think, i have to mail MO Government to check status of File

it's almost 8 Months gone but not any single replay from them and no any interview call to MO Supporter

Hi guys, any input regarding timelines, we chose CPP-Ottawa since hubby is under wp in manitoba. Our application had been received in CIO dated February 17, 2014. I know that CEM is more faster, but then we are advised that we have to choose ottawa. How soon can we receive AOR and when do we expect our CC to be credited. Thanks a lot!
