No, you don't need to pass any COE. Just follow the document checklist. No need for extra papers.

In regards to national ID, if you are a Filipino, you don't require a National ID, just state N/A, however, I did put my driver's license as it is accepted as a type of ID when they ask for identification here. If you are from another country, you might have a national ID.

...hth

thank u tabs. im from the phil, so its an N/A for me.. thank u so much and god bless on the ticket hunting! :) hope we could meet u in peg soon.

Thanks Tabs179, hoping for it. What kind of ID picture needed? We are family of 4. Every passport to submit each has ID picture?

The photographs must measure:
- between 25 mm and 30 mm (1@ and 1 3/8@) from chin to crown
- have a 35 mm x 45 mm (1 3/8@ x 1 3/4@) finished size

If you go to tronix, they already have a set called 'Canadian Visa'. That's the exact size. They require 2 for each family member.

You can prepare that, so that when your PPR arrives, you just submit asap.

No, don't submit it before PPR. You will get a request to submit it together with your PPR. This picture is attached to the COPR that's why.
But you can already have the picture taken, I had mine a week before PPR, so when PPR came, I just went to a courier to have it sent off to the embassy. It's just being prepared in advance that helps in having a faster process. Although, in my case, I cannot guarantee a smooth process. :P :P :P

Emmm it seems I have already prepared that after my medical. When I checked our passports each passport has already 2pcs of Canadian Visa photos... I forgot.
When we took our medical they ask photos of 4pcs. We have extra of 2pcs each thats why I kept it in each passports.

Anyways more thanks Tabs179.

Right guys/girls!...some feedback from CIO NS

CIO NS have returned my whole pack as I missed a signature on IMM5406-Additional Family Information....drattttttttttt!!!! ??? :'(

As for the rest of the documents, I have seen ticks in red colour pen. I therefore believe that they have already check the rest of the application pack.

CIO NS have got their own checklist too...

Any few weeks of waiting now or I will receive my file number once they have checked the only outstanding document??

Any senior advise/comment will be very much appreciated

Cheers

Hi

Re-apply again. But take note. You must check what youre doing in your apps. Check 10x before you send. Dont hesitate to ask if doubt. Remember those month consumed.

Good luck.

A returned document means that they haven't acknowledged your application and that means you won't get any AOR.

What you have to do is correct all your errors and make sure that you haven't made any further mistakes or missed any information. Then re-submit it again, and as Munde said check it 10 times, or even more. It might seem stupid, but you might forget something and you want to avoid any of those delays again.

Once you re-submit and your application is okay, you will again wait for the usual 35 days (+/-5 days), it will be considered as a new application.

...hth

They found problem in only IMM5406 and That was the only checkbox in their checklist that they have submitted to me. Still think it will take soo many days. Rest of the docs have already been ticked. I also noticed a UCI number included in Generic Form IMM0008!
