Sorry about the refusal. It would be difficult to present your case with the kind of connection you have in Ontario. Critically, it will be easier for you to stay in Ontario so what would be the probability that you will stay ln Manitoba if nominated. You can try the review if you can present a case that those relatives of yours are not in good terms (or may be something close) but its a very slim chance. They should not have been mentioned in the first place
