Hi everyone.

I am currently completing the forms for CIC application. I just want to clarify something.
On the supplementary info: yor travels it says to inude all travels the past 10yrs. I have had 3 trips to the U.S . Of course I should write that on the form. Now here is question.

1. On the personal background should I also indcate there that I did travel on this month and year then under activity will be travelling/tour Houston texas and for the status is tourist? Am i right? Or should i just not include it on my personal background?

2. Still on schedule A: background/declaration. The last part there is to disclose all the addresses where you have lived. The first trip we only stayed n a hotel that i know i shouldn't bother. But what about the 18days and 43 days vacation. Should i include those addresses where i stayed while we were in the US?

I would highly appreciate your insights and opinions. Please please. This has caused me 10 sleepless nights. Thank you..

in this one.. its clearly indicated that u only include adresses that u have lived for 6 months and more..

okay, I found this website and had a quick read through..

Of course, not all the information is still valid but most of them still provide useful insight(from getting AOR upto submission of passport) following completed forms requested by CIC forms forwarded to CIO NS.

Especially to the lads and girls who just submitted their filled in docs to CIO NS..enjoy
