Hi Eusufzai,

As far as I can remember based on what I read from the MPNP website, it will not create any problem. It will only create a problem if your supporter is currently endorsing his relatives and at the same time supporting your application. Since you mentioned that the relatives already received LOA more than 6 months ago, so I don't think it will be a problem.

Have gone through your last post on SINP, I just want to know whether it is compulsory to obtain certification from the professional regulatory body (e.g., Engineering profession) for Skilled category those professions are regulated prior to apply for SINP online. Another thing is that, is it possible to apply for two provincial nomination program, simultaneously.

hi everyone,

i'm new here and i just have a few questions.. my aunt got my LOA recently and i'm looking at the forms and requirements needed to apply for permanent residence.

LOA- do i need the original LOA from my aunt?

visa office- i'm a Filipino, permanent resident in Singapore... can i still put Manila as my Visa Office? coz i read that SG Visa Office takes longer processing time

police cert- i need NBI clearance from Phils and police cert fr SG, right? but in SG i need a request letter fr immigration first, so how do i get the request letter?

dependants- are parents considered as such? i'm single.

Schedule A- under addresses, are they strict on this? coz i've been in SG for around 6 years and have been shifting houses and my problem is, i wasn't able to keep track of all my previous addresses..

hello !!i am going to apply for Manitoba general stream online application.i do not know if I’m on the right path. I already had my high school and college credentials red ribbon, and authenticated birth certificates and other documents that need to be authenticated like my COEs. the forms that I have are imm 0008(generic),imm 0008(schedule 4),imm 5406e(additional family info),imm 5620e(fee payment form),imm 5669(schedule a background/declaration),mpnp points worksheet,sp2.my questions are:
1.what other forms do I need to add?
2. from what I already have what forms do I need not to submit at the moment?
3. what site do I need to make an account for application?is it at immigratemanitoba or cic.org?

I am not very familiar with SINP, I was only being told that it is open so I am happy to know that we have options just in case. You have to choose only one, you cannot apply in both provinces because if they found out, both your applications will suffer.

First of all, there is no more postal application to MPNP. It is now online application and you won't need to authenticate or have your documents red ribbon at this stage. There is only one stream (point based system) since April 2013.

Please look into the immigratemanitoba website, there are no forms needed to fill in. It is ONLY an online application.

If you are applying for MPNP, you will need to apply through the immigratemanitoba website. Submission to CIC is after receiving your LOA successfully from MPNP.

I highly suggest that you read the policy and requirements carefully on immigratemanitoba website. It seems that you are not updated with the latest policy of MPNP and even the differences between MPNP and CIC. There has been a lot of changes and it would be better that you are aware of it before submitting your applications.
