MPNP Application Batch 2013

Hello Everyone,

I have been contacted by an MPNP program officer and the interview went fine as far as I know last month. The thing that bothers me now is that my sponsor who was my colleague before and now based in Winnipeg could no longer vouch for me since they have relatives that already have applied and if he still continues to sponsor me it may endanger their relatives' application too - which I fully understandable on my part. I tried to call the program officer because of this update but I could no longer get in touch with her anymore.

I understand that MPNP is not a sponsorship program but I am concerned on the possible inconsistencies that may have brought this to my application. The thing is, when I passed my application last June 2013, I could no longer access it.

Will this have impact on my application? Please advise me on this. Thank you and happy new year to us all.

Please share and post your application information so you can be included in the timeline. Please check the spread sheet being updated regularly by 02clar3nc325. You will see the attached spread sheet at the bottom of her post particularly in the signature portion.

Regarding your concern, have you written to MPNP about it? When did your supporter's relatives apply? Did MPNP interview your supporter already? If yes, what did your supporter say?

Please clarify so seniors here can give you helpful advise.

Happy new year. May 2014 bring us the good news we all have been waiting for..

As I was going through the application package for PR. I came across the additional family information to be filled both by the principal applcant and the spouse. There is a part there where they ask for the faher's information. I was born illigetimate. On my birthcertifcate my father's name or any info is not written, all it says is N/A. I don't know where he is, no contact since birth.

My dilemma is; what should I put? N/A as well? Will this not affect our application?

Anyone here of the same situation? I'd be happy to hear from you. Thanks.

Maybe I need to itemize also my answers:

1. Have you written to MPNP about it?
Yes, awaiting their reply

2. When did your supporter's relatives apply?
I think within 4thQ of 2013. Actually this is their 2nd application already. Their first attempt was denied.

3. Did MPNP interview your supporter already? If yes, what did your supporter say?
The program officer already left a message through my supposed sponsor's answering machine but my friend have not yet called the program officer yet to advise that he can't anymore sponsor me.

Please let me know your thoughts. Actually I applied under MPNP Skilled worker program under NOC 2147.

I am quite confused with your question. You sent your application to CIC for an MPNP application? Or you already have an LOA from MPNP and have submitted your application to CIC?
