They just want the official certificate (scanned copy) and not the provisional one.

why did u send the provisional certificate in the first place,? they want the final official one,,

Did you pay online? If you did, you will receive an email. You can print that form, fill it in.

Not yet sir. but my sponsor plans to pay for me using her credit card in canada. i was just thinking if in the form that shes going to print is there a need for me to sign that form as applicant?

There is no need for you to sign it. It only needs some of your information. i.e. Name, address, contact number etc.

After payment, the payee will receive a copy of the receipt via email. Your sponsor then can send you a copy via email as well so that you can fill it yourself, print it and include it in your CIC submission of documents.

another question,
is it possible that my sponsor will be the one to send my package to CIO?
because on the 1st place shes the one who received my LOA.
i am currently completing the CIO application package then ill send the complete CiO package to her adress
in manitoba then she will be the one who pays and attach the receipt to my application.
is this plan possible? thanks so much!

If your sponsor will do the payment thru her credit card, e-mail her the scan copy of the payment form or she can get thru website. She needs to fill up necessary data about the credit card and she has to sign it and send you the hard copy of the form thru mail or courier. You just fill up the data coming from you. Tell her not to write yet the security code just in case it might get lost in transit. Let her e-mail you the code only when you receive the hard copy.HTH

Yes it's possible. Although you only need a copy of your LOA to send to CIC. Plus your sponsor can also send you a copy of the receipt via email, which you will need to fill. So, you can also send it on your own, directly to CIC.

I might be wrong then regarding having no signature. As I paid with my own card, I didn't have to sign anything. Just filling in the form. In my receipt there was nothing to sign.

However, the main applicant doesn't need the information of the sponsor's credit card if he/she himself/herself will be paying directly online. He/She will only have to send a copy of the receipt to the main applicant.

The process you are explaining appears to be from the form to pay with credit card and not online.

Sorry I've been busy for a while, these are the info you are asking. Just want the fellow applicants to know my sponsor who is my brother was interviewed by mpnp early this AM. I am very happy and he said it was a very smooth conversation. Would you know when will I be able to receive the decision?
