Hi,

My MPNP online status is showing "Assessment Pending" since last one week. According to the recent development of MPNP processing time, I may anticipate a quick outcome from my application. In line of this anticipated positive outcome, I am planning to obtain Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) from the countries where I lived legally for more that 6 months. Accordingly, I visited Japan Embassy in Beijing, yesterday. I showed them the PCC request letter which I obtained from CIC homepage. However, the embassy officials require an authenticated formal request letter from the CIC. How can I get this at this stage? Probably, the CIC can issue a PCC request letter after I submit application without PCC. Is there anyway, I can approach to the embassy of Canada in Beijing, so that they can verify the request letter which may be helpful for me to convince the embassy of Japan in Beijing to issue a PCC in favor of me. Anybody could suggest me in this issue.
Thanks and regards,
Eusufzai

You may have two options open which are;
1. You can call/contact in Japan/Beijing local police department the area you live.
2. Finally, not the last, you may contact with Canadian embassy in Japan that you may require a police clearance certificate in order to apply for CIC application stage. The Canadian embassy may produce a letter for Japan police department to get a police clearance certificate from Japan during your stay. You find the idea details in this link. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/security/police-cert/asia-pacific/japan.asp
3. Also another option is open as well; you may visit BD high commission in Japan and explain to them that you need a police clearance certificate for Canada migration. They might help you out regarding this matter as a citizen of Bangladeshi.

I hope it helps. Thank you.

No, you do not need to submit bank certificates/statement for your CIC application. Just follow the checklist.

Hi thomasuk.. Would like to ask regarding cic application forms, according to the guidelines, if we need more space, say for example, a column in personal history is already full, what kind of extra sheet did you use? Is it the same sheet with the cic? Or you created a spreadsheet in excel for that? Thanks all forum mates!

For an extra sheets/pages, you need to type details in MS word sheet, create a same table as form format. On the top of the page type your name, date of birth and the section name like: Question 7: Personal history then complete that table with appropriate information without "GAP". On the bottom of the page put signature and date. I hope it helps and let me know if you need any further information regarding this matter. Thanks.

Hi Friends,

I have one question... is there any possibility that After getting Assessment Pending Status is there any possibility that it can change to "Not Accepted for Assessment"?

Thanks!!! Uhm, sir how about the vacations? I have 1 month vacation and also some are 3days to other country. Did you include those at personal history? Because i am also employed during the vacations. I think it's quite confusing if those are included at personal history. But in the document checklist include all history even vacations? Or will i just put it at travel history? Thanks and im sorry for too much questions...
