MPNP Application Batch 2013

I just remind that as per family scheme provided by bank, they have issued two card with same number and one is for me and other is for my wife.
However they have done some spelling mistake on my wife's card. I did complain but it was not corrected. So bottom line is that my wife also have credit card with same particular which I have but name is not correct on her card. (But she never used this card at all)
I think in this case I will put her detail only, since she is main applicant.
Please correct me if I am wrong.

Card holder doesn't matter, Payment receipt is concerned for the application, Simply make payment from any credit card ( yours or your wife's ). Do not Fill any details while paying fees ( name, address and other). you can make payment by giving only card details.

You will get Black pay receipt then mention all details (Name, address and other)

no need for this one. its not on the checklist

I will suggest you submit exactly what the CIC/CIO asked for, Check the Checklist for PNP very well and do as they say. If in the future your Visa office need additional document, they will communicate with you in that regards. Do not submit what they do not ask for.

Note: This is my personal opinion and you may expect more contribution from the senior bloggers.
