MPNP Application 2014 for FILIPINOS

Pagpasensyahan mo na lang Joivin yung ibang nagcocomment na masyadong feelingero, palibhasa siguro e "rich kid" kaya hindi maintindihan ang purpose ng pag-aabroad nyong pamilya (or baka may insecurities kaya "bitter" - kayo kasi may LOA na tapos may additional opportunity pa mag-Dubai). You have every right kung saan nyo gusto manirahan, just saying.

Anyway, ito ang mga views ko (in red) sa mga queries mo ate [CIC stage na ako] and mind na total opposite ang suggestions ko compared to Shoot:-

1. Can I still change our address since my husband already working in Dubai since Sept. 2014 Before I receive my LOA last Nov. 2014?

/Corrections/
Even if may LOA ka na, you still need to inform MPNP with regards to your address change. Sa CIC forms mo ilagay lahat ng updated infos nyo. Also, go where your spouse is - mahirap ang hiwa-hiwalay at malaki ang effect sa kid/s. Since magsubmit pa lang kayo sa CIC, aabutin pa ng mga 3-5 months bago makareceive ng AOR from CIO-NS so useless ang pagstay sa Pinas, magwork ka na lang sa Dubai mas malaki pa kikitain mo. Separately, to date, updated na ang form IMM 0008 at tinanggal na yung field na pwedeng mamili ng Visa Office ang applicant - CIO na ang nagdedecide kung saang respective embassy nila ipadadala yung files nyo and usually, kung saan naroroon si Principal Applicant.

2. Can I also change my address and my Dependent address because we are moving to Dubai this coming Feb 2015?

As above.

3.Do I need to get NBI here in the Phil or should I get Police Clearance in Dubai for me and for my husband?

Please read the Application Guide at basahing maigi - bible ito para sa tagumpay ng inyong application sa CIC. To note, lahat ng bansa na nag-stay kayo ng 6 months onwards e need nyo magprovide ng police clearance.

4. Is it ok if my work here in the Phil is only until Feb. I have to quit for my job since we are moving next month,And submit my Cert of employment dated Oct 2011- Feb 2015? Do you think guys it that I will affect my CIC application if I do this?

No effect at all since hindi naman kasama sa checklist ang submission ng COEs. I-indicate mo lang ang full detailed history mo for the past 10 years sa Additional Information form, period. Again, read the guidelines and follow what are being asked in the checklist ate.

5. Can I submit my CIC application package from Dubai to NOVA Scotia?

Yes, yes and yes and I commend you ate for being aware na sa NS ipadadala ang application package! Namisinterpret ito ni Shoot and reminder to Shoot - please be cautious when giving advices if you do not fully understand the process. If the public followed what you have had stated, detrimental sa kanila yun at baka mapurnada pa ang pangarap na PR Visa. May validity ang LOA, 6 months lang and CIC strictly informed na sa Centralized Intake Office sa Sydney, Nova Scotia ang submission ng docs. Again, read the Application Guide and visit the CIC website frequently.

I think u don't have to mention names or whatsoever. Hndi mo rin kelangan magmention ng mga feelingero, rich kid or wat man...Lahat Tayo dito we have the same purpose n mgmigrate sa Canada. Thanks for the reply... I know how you feel. I applied July 2013 and received ineligible letter March 2014. Pero yung reason ng MPNP ay dahil di nila nareceive yung SP2 ng sponsor ko. Actually, ayaw ko ng magreapply, pero my sponsor convinced me to try again. I submitted may second application nung June 2014 pero hanggang ngayon status receiced pa rin. Nag e-mail din ako sa MPNP last August asking them kung may nareceive na silang SP2 (kasi nga yon ang naexperience ko sa first application). Eto reply nila

Im thinking lang kasi na baka same case tayo kaya naitanong ko ang reason. Anyway, I think pwede namang mag-apply ka uli basta maayos na yung requirement nila. Tinanong din ito ng sponsor ko bago nya isubmit yung second SP2.

Kung mag rereaaply ka at same sponsor ang gagamitin mo ulit ay malaking posibilidad na mareject ka ulit dahil di pwedeng mag support ng distant relative yung dati mong sponsor hanggat di pa naeestablish or natatapos yung close relative na nainsponsoran nila.

ung SA points po kc based un s education, work experience, ietls result, etc. un po ung sinasagutan together with the application form online. pag po bf it falls to General Stream. Pag po kc family stream ang sponsor should be close relatives.

General Stream din po ung skin gawa ng distant relative ko ang sponsor ko. nung April 22/23 aq ngsend ng application ko, until now kc received prin status ng application ko.

Ah gnun po ba. Dont worry magchange na din ang status mo in God's perfect timing all we have to do is to wait patiently and hope for the best

Meron po ba sa inyong nakareceive ng email from MPNP asking kung interested mag apply for Express Entry? Nakasubmit na ba kayo ng requirements? Nagchange na kasi to application in process yung application namin I just don't know when pero di pa kami nakakasubmit nung additional requirements. Meron ba sa inyong kapareho ng situation? We submitted our application July 2014.

and ask q lang din po kung meron po kau idea , kasi po ung application po nami eh aq po applicat tapos dependant q po ung asawa q po ,, pero as of now my baby na po kmi pwede po namin xa isama sa pplication namin ? if ever po ba na maapprove kami pwede po kaya na hindi muna xa sumama sa amin if ever pona maapovahan po application namin ? sana po matulungan nyo po aq if my idea po kau ... salamat po

Ang pagkakaalam ko mas nauna ako. Nung ngkchat kc kmi nung asawa ng sponsor ko nung pinasa ng sponsor ko ung sp2 ko wla p dw nrereceive n file number ung kapatid nya samantalang ung skin ay 6 hours after ko mgfile nreceive ko n ung file number ko

I think mas priority nila ang relatives, since mas distant kayo compared dun sa kapatid ng sponsor niyo, mas sila ang pipiliin or mas mauuna. they are looking for stronger ties in canada as well quasi gusto nila hindi maging burden ang immigrants doon. ok lang yan, apply na lang ulit. Good Mr RN! hinge na lang extra prayers sa tulong ni Pope. =)
