MPNP Application 2014 for FILIPINOS

Hello po to be honest hindi ko po alam un SA points ko. Pano po ba malalaman yun? I hired an immigration consultant po kaya un po ung nagasikaso nung application ko. Yung boyfriend ko po un sponsor ko, pag po ba ganun family stream po un under? Sorry ah, super naive ko sa application na to. Hehe

Kaw po ba? When kayo nagsend ng application niyo?

ung SA points po kc based un s education, work experience, ietls result, etc. un po ung sinasagutan together with the application form online. pag po bf it falls to General Stream. Pag po kc family stream ang sponsor should be close relatives.

General Stream din po ung skin gawa ng distant relative ko ang sponsor ko. nung April 22/23 aq ngsend ng application ko, until now kc received prin status ng application ko.

I think you made the right decision, middle east is only temporary, a lot of my friends work there, yung isa nasa Vancouver na, for 12 years they work in Middle east, but in the end they choose Canada. Thanks

Sobrang totoo lahat yang mga cnabi nyo po... kaya nga po wala kaming ibang pinangarap n lugar kundi dun sa alam mong pag dating ng araw anuman ang mangyari kahit magpalipat lipat ka man ng trabaho alam mo pa rin na meron at meron kang mapupuntahan at safe ang future ng mga anak mo once makatapos cla ng pag aaral... yup magagawa pa natin kunin at tulungan lahat ng gustong makapunta kamag anak man o hindi atleast na share natin ang blessing natin kahit sa paraan lang ng pag i sponsor.... yan din ang plan namin mag asawa...salamat po ulit good luck po s application nyo and Godbless us always...

Pagpasensyahan mo na lang Joivin yung ibang nagcocomment na masyadong feelingero, palibhasa siguro e "rich kid" kaya hindi maintindihan ang purpose ng pag-aabroad nyong pamilya (or baka may insecurities kaya "bitter" - kayo kasi may LOA na tapos may additional opportunity pa mag-Dubai). You have every right kung saan nyo gusto manirahan, just saying.

Anyway, ito ang mga views ko (in red) sa mga queries mo ate [CIC stage na ako] and mind na total opposite ang suggestions ko compared to Shoot:-

1. Can I still change our address since my husband already working in Dubai since Sept. 2014 Before I receive my LOA last Nov. 2014?

/Corrections/
Even if may LOA ka na, you still need to inform MPNP with regards to your address change. Sa CIC forms mo ilagay lahat ng updated infos nyo. Also, go where your spouse is - mahirap ang hiwa-hiwalay at malaki ang effect sa kid/s. Since magsubmit pa lang kayo sa CIC, aabutin pa ng mga 3-5 months bago makareceive ng AOR from CIO-NS so useless ang pagstay sa Pinas, magwork ka na lang sa Dubai mas malaki pa kikitain mo. Separately, to date, updated na ang form IMM 0008 at tinanggal na yung field na pwedeng mamili ng Visa Office ang applicant - CIO na ang nagdedecide kung saang respective embassy nila ipadadala yung files nyo and usually, kung saan naroroon si Principal Applicant.

2. Can I also change my address and my Dependent address because we are moving to Dubai this coming Feb 2015?

As above.

3.Do I need to get NBI here in the Phil or should I get Police Clearance in Dubai for me and for my husband?

Please read the Application Guide at basahing maigi - bible ito para sa tagumpay ng inyong application sa CIC. To note, lahat ng bansa na nag-stay kayo ng 6 months onwards e need nyo magprovide ng police clearance.

4. Is it ok if my work here in the Phil is only until Feb. I have to quit for my job since we are moving next month,And submit my Cert of employment dated Oct 2011- Feb 2015? Do you think guys it that I will affect my CIC application if I do this?

No effect at all since hindi naman kasama sa checklist ang submission ng COEs. I-indicate mo lang ang full detailed history mo for the past 10 years sa Additional Information form, period. Again, read the guidelines and follow what are being asked in the checklist ate.

5. Can I submit my CIC application package from Dubai to NOVA Scotia?

Yes, yes and yes and I commend you ate for being aware na sa NS ipadadala ang application package! Namisinterpret ito ni Shoot and reminder to Shoot - please be cautious when giving advices if you do not fully understand the process. If the public followed what you have had stated, detrimental sa kanila yun at baka mapurnada pa ang pangarap na PR Visa. May validity ang LOA, 6 months lang and CIC strictly informed na sa Centralized Intake Office sa Sydney, Nova Scotia ang submission ng docs. Again, read the Application Guide and visit the CIC website frequently.

Good luck to your future endeavors ate and hopefully ay maisubmit nyo na ang inyong docs sa CIC.

I received a letter of ineligible letter this morning because of the application of my sponsor's brother in law which was sponsored by my sponsor's wife. When can i reapply because my father's other cousin is willing to support my application.

Correct me if I'am wrong, you applied April 2014 ?? And you already got the decission?when was your sponsor being interviewed? Did you check your online status before and it was assessment complete? Did you get e-mail for the decission and then the hard copy from mail after?did you apply under GS or FS?hope you will reply with all of my questions.. Thank you

Yup I applied April 2014.

I received the ineligible letter this morning thru email.

My sponsor did not receive a call for an interview.

When I checked my status, my status is still received.

I applied under GS category.

re: po sa address change, eto po ung nabasa ko sa mpnp website. (http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/mpnp-instructions-for-nominees/apply-for-visa/)

There are specific steps to be follow by Manitoba nominees:

You must include a copy of your MPNP approval letter in your PR visa application.

Follow all directions in your approval letter, paying particular attention to the date: your nomination is valid for six months.

You must submit to CIC your visa application, complete with CIC fees, before your nomination expires; if you do not, CIC will not accept your application.

During the visa process you must notify both CIC and the MPNP of address or family changes.

Nominees currently working in Manitoba: do not let your work permit expire; follow instructions BELOW.

Once you receive from CIC your permanent resident status you must notify the MPNP.

Hi Guys I am preparing my docs to CIC but I have some questions... As I waiting for mpnp result my husband got a good offer in Dubai and he grab it the reasons are
1. They offered him good salary
2. It is a family status that he can bring his family with free accommodation, medical insurance for him and for us..
3. Free study for all dependent children until age of 18...
4. Free tickets for vacation yearly for the whole family...

My questions are...

Its distant relative or friends only your sponsor, coz in my case im sponsoring at the present my nephew (status-assessment complete/ applied-Jan. 2014) and my sister (status-Recieved / applied Feb. 2014)
Im wondering is it possible to happen to my case too?? But like 2 yrs ago i sponsored my sister and my husband sponsored my other nephew at the same time, but they were lucky that they were approved and migrated here at the same time.. Would it be their (mpnp)are more considerate with family stream than general stream in terms of double sponsoring at the same time?coz im still thinking about whats gonna happen with those two applications i have at present, coz up to now we havent recieve anything from email to mail and my sister's status still recieved!!

Yup General stream ung ski n kc distant relative ko ubg sponsor ko. I think d nmn mgkakaproblema ung mga inisponsoran mo gwa ng nephew and siblings are considered close relatives. Pag kc close relatives pwede kng magsponsor ng more than 1 applicant. Ung skin kc distant relative aq nung sponsor ko samantalang ung isang ngapply ay close relative ang ngsponsor s kanya.

It takes a while before they made the descission of being ineligible, kasi dati my nephew when he applied first it was only after a month ng mag apply sya , he got e-mail from mpnp that he was ineligible for assessment, but with you it took 9 mos... But anyway you still can re-apply after 6 months..
