Hello tweet, good morning, we have some problem, last night our sponsor called that he received an e-mail from MPNP, asking for additional docs, one of this is the "updated letter of reference confirming duties and responsibilities from the company", meaning they are asking for a employment certificate with duties and responsibilities....? because the one we sent was just a simple employment cert. with no duties and responsibilities written on it, only the position and work tenure, and the company is located in Malaysia, how can we get such docs if we have no more contact on the company and the deadline of submission is this coming Feb.04? My idea is to explain it to MPNP and just scanned the working visa of my husband just to prove them that he was an OFW, any suggestion? please I need it badly...thank you so much...

during the submission of my application papers, one of my previous employments in saudi arabia was unable to provide detailed employment certificate or letter of reference..what i did was, i made a letter explaining the reason why i can't provide the said certificate (a usual thing happening in saudi arabia especially if you worked in an establishment)...but in the letter itself i wrote every single information like the position/job title, the tenure/duration of work, job descriptions and salary packages...praise God, the MPNP accepted it and no further documents were asked from my end.

at the end of the letter i gave them the website and the contact number of the company i worked with. should they have further clarifications they are free to do so.

if ever you need a sample letter just send me a message and write your email address, and i'm willing to provide you one.

there are 2 different mailing addresses i read on the website for CIO submission or having 2 different PO Box and country codes ( im not sure if they are really different) one is via regular mail and the other is via courier.. but in the LOA only one has been stated which is with PO Box 1450 . may i know which one should be used if i opt to send the applications to CIO tru a courier channel?

Does Anyone here who applied Under GS last quarter of 2012 have had received their AOR? just wondering what month are they working now to provide AOR for GS applicants.

Any Idea about this peeps?

Hi everyone im completing my forms to CIO but need the following details:

-Is there any particular order of forms ? which one to put on top ? As per the LOA i have to place it on top of all other forms while CIC website needs to insert it in a particular section according to checklists?
-I arranged bank draft from Citibank where will i attached it in the front page or on the Fee payment form ?
-In the "Fee payment form" paying by bank draft will i need to fill up Section A only ?

Any help from you guys will count.

We have received the order in which we need to put our docs by BC PNP receicved with LOA. You might have recived it with your LOA if not than follow the checklist. There is not much difference in order.

No, it wasn't any special order in my LOA

If not than go in the order of Checklist. Also in my case i have pinned my Bank Draft with the Fee form.

You need to put your snaps with the general form and not the DD. DD will go with the fee form.
