there are 2 different mailing addresses i read on the website for CIO submission or having 2 different PO Box and country codes ( im not sure if they are really different) one is via regular mail and the other is via courier.. but in the LOA only one has been stated which is with PO Box 1450 . may i know which one should be used if i opt to send the applications to CIO tru a courier channel?

Does Anyone here who applied Under GS last quarter of 2012 have had received their AOR? just wondering what month are they working now to provide AOR for GS applicants.

Any Idea about this peeps?

Last week I read somewhere or maybe in this thread that MPNP is working on August GS applicants.

Usually it takes 4-5 mos to get AOR under GS. Have more patience and hopefully they will be process applications faster this year.

Hi everyone im completing my forms to CIO but need the following details:

-Is there any particular order of forms ? which one to put on top ? As per the LOA i have to place it on top of all other forms while CIC website needs to insert it in a particular section according to checklists?
-I arranged bank draft from Citibank where will i attached it in the front page or on the Fee payment form ?
-In the "Fee payment form" paying by bank draft will i need to fill up Section A only ?

Any help from you guys will count.

Yes, you should arrange your documents and forms, refer to the Checklist. About LOA, I followed the the two instructions regarding LOA. Original LOA on the topmost (MPNP) and the clear copy in order in the checklist (CIC). If you plan to send your original LOA, scan it or make a colored copy for yourself before sending.

Draft can be left unbounded or can be bounded using a paper clip with the pictures.

Fill-in #1, check draft,cheque in #4 then complete section A (refer to the fee payment form, you'll see)

I don't believe I fall in the FSW backlog as I had gone through an immigration service here in manitoba, I think they would have said that to me. It is under Employer Direct Stream. Hope that clarifies what I said earlier.

hi, I would I would like to know the current processing time (if anyone knows) for the CIC to respond to application received. Is it alright to send application to the courier address of CIC? or I should stick to the one indicated in the LOA?

I made draft on 'receiver general for Canada ' pay able at bank of Nova Scotia international banking division Toronto Canada. It is not payable at Canada Sydney so what should do? Should I make draft again? draft should be Payable at Canada Sydney or it will be fine?

I have submitted my CIC documents to the courier address (using DHL) instead to the regular mailing address last January 12, 2013 and received by CIC Nova Scotia on January 18, 2013, but until now, no response yet from the CIC, neither my credit card balance changed.

Do anyone knows the processing time on this? I'm quite worried that they may not respond to it if sent via courier address..

Dear I think u r from India..I had sent the same draft to CIO made through HDFC Bank in India and it was accepted and got encashed by CIO SYDNEY . So, it's perfectly alright... Submit the same...
