I strongly suggest, you apply online. It will really make a difference in terms of the waiting time. Apply soon but make sure don't forget to include what you missed in your first application.

Good luck and God bless

Thanks Tweety05, I am now on the process on filling up my online application. I just want to know what documents to upload to support my education and how can I show my connection to my relatives in Manitoba. My sponsor is my Uncle, my father's brother, and his wife. Should I upload Family tree? If yes in which part, is it in Relatives & Friends?

Another, is it ok if I choose my aunt, my uncle's wife, to be the one to endorse my SP2 or it must be my uncle coz he is my real relative? Another factor is that it is only my uncle who work coz my aunt resigned after giving birth to their 3rd child. I would like her to endorse my SP2 because I fear that my uncle might miss the call because his time is consumed by work and he barely use his phone.

thanks in advance. Godbless you always. :)

Another thing, do I really need to include transcript of records for my secondary education (HS)? I dont know where, but as i remember i have read someone, from a tread which i dont remember anymore ???, who include only his post-secondary education (college) in his education? would that be enough?
I am on FS-online.

Hi RAC1987,
In my case, I also uploaded my HS Diploma and Transcript. Error will be detected if you did not upload the transcript.

It is better to choose your uncle since he is presently working to prove that he can really support you and since you are related by blood. If he missed the call, he can call back whenever he's available (during break time from work).

thanks in advance. Godbless you always. :)

Hi,
Upload your diploma and transcript to support your education. With regards to your connection with your sponsor, you can upload birth cert., marriage cert., manitoba health card or permanent resident card of your sponsor. That docs will also be submitted by your sponsor upon submission of his settlement plan part 2.

Just A Good News :

26 Nov 2012 Interview Call
10 Dec 2012 LOA received (with date 29-Nov-2012) :)

So anyone have any suggestion for CIC documentation ?

RAC1987

In my case I just uploaded my college TOR and Diploma. Fortunately I was able to submit it online and my sponsor got interviewed.
Still waiting for LOA... But what I suggest is that upload your HS docs to make sure and for you to have a peace of mind. :)
Goodluck! :) Upload your uncles's BC on the space where you need to upload yours and add an additional info. That's what I did
because my sponsor is my Aunt (Mother's sister).

1. Education Supporting Documents: Diploma AND Transcript (or Form 137) for Elementary, High School and College Education, Post Graduate Studies, if applicable. If diploma or transcript is not available for secondary education, upload a letter addressed to MPNP explaining the reason for non-availability. It's worth to attach a page of your college transcript wherein your previous educational data (Elem. & HS) are mentioned. Usually these data appears on the 1st page of the college transcript. Have it highlighted or clouded so that it can be easily spotted.
2. Connection to Relatives: You don't need to upload any documents to support connection with your sponsor in your application. It will be your sponsor who will send these documents together with SP2 after your application is acknowledged and assigned a file number. MPNP will email your sponsor requesting SP2. In my opinion, choose your uncle as your sponsor. Docs to upload with SP2: Your uncle's, father's and your birth certificates; your uncle's health AND residence cards. In case you chose your aunt as sponsor, marriage certificate, your aunt's birth certificate, health and residence cards should be additionally attached.

TIP: Click the "HELP" button that appears in every section of the online form. It contains all the information you need to complete the form.

If you are going to apply online, you may just scan the original documents and upload it. No need to notarize.

I guess you are referring to the SP2 supporting documents. As Nantzlei said, just scan the original documents. The hand-filled SP2 together with the scanned supporting documents should be sent to the email address mentioned in the MPNP email (request for SP2) which your uncle will receive. In my case, the email address is actually mpnpsupporter@gov.mb.ca but your uncle should refer to the address in the email that he will receive, in case of change.
