Moving from Winnepeg to Calgary

I am newbie here. Need some info about moving to other place.

I am currently living here in Winnipeg, and planning to moved in Calgary. This is my first time to move to other province since I got my citizenship.
What I need to know is that what are the things I need to do first thing first...

Do I need to change first my Manitoba Health, my driver's license and any documents issued to me by Winnipeg gov't prior to moving to Calgary?

How difficult is it to find work? My wife is an accountant and soon she will be joining me here soon as I got settled , and myself a clinical support worker. Any of you guys work in healthcare and what did you find hard about moving to Calgary

1. You change all your Manitoba documents, AFTER you move, and have an address in Alberta.

By the way, for example I moved already to Calgary so what are my next in line .... prior to job hunting.
Do I need to change immediately all my manitoba docs?

I think you can still drive with your Manitoba number plate for a certain amount of time, but you still gotta change all the documents like health care and what not.
