Hi,
I am a PR and I'd like to relocate to Quebec preferably from July as I am moving from Alberta . Can you please guide
1. How to apply for healthcare and driving license in Quebec ?
2. Further down the line does it create any challenge either when applying to renew PR or citizenship ?
3. What other things to be noted when relocating to Quebec?

1. Go on the Quebec government site and read through how to do it.
2. No.
3. Pay higher taxes. If you have children will go to French school unless you put them in private school. Services are in French so want knowledge of the language.

If you are working remotely for your employer is there a reason you are moving to Quebec? Are you fluent in French? If you think parent sponsorship will be faster if you move to Quebec that is unlikely.

Yes. I speak French. I already got my mother's super visa approved. I work remotely. Does this restrict my relocation in any means? Please explain.

A supervisa is not sponsorship. For a variety of reasons it is fairly unusual to relocate from Alberta to work remotely for your employer from Quebec. Typically people have a specific reason to move Quebec if they work remotely for an employer in another province.

I understand. But PRs, I believe they have the right to move across Canada. Don't we ? if yes, how does this relocation will be considered an hiccup?

Never said that PRs don’t have freedom of movement. The one caveat can’t be right after receiving PR.
