I have got PR through the Manitoba PNP program. However, my company is offering me a job in Ontario.
Could you please guide me how can I go to Canada using this offer and Manitoba PNP.
I really don't want to miss this opportunity. Please advise and give me all the possible options.
My company assumes that I am eligible to work in Ontario hence gave me this opportunity.

You are in danger of being accused of misrepresentation if you make no attempt to settle in your nominating province.
You should at least spend a number of months trying to find a job within Manitoba before moving elsewhere.
If you have already done that, then you can move with no significant risk.
