I still havent received my NOA so i cant include that...

what do I write in the company profile?

I got my medical request but this email is stressing me,,, sad

No NOA doesnt sound good to me..as long as i know, noa is the only way you can prove your t4's authenticity. vo usually give 1 month to prepare docs so if you have enough time left, report your income tax online. I thinks it takes 2 weeks until you are able to print noa off from cra website.

My company profile includes company name, established year, key executives, company type and what we do, target customer and number of employees. All on the letter head. Hope this helps.

Google it and you can get some ideas from it. I recommend you should include all the info I mentioned above.
