They are playing with immigrants from last three years which clearly tells immigrants not to apply in Quebec anymore and even its Arrima system is still slower than other provinces and they don't manage the system properly... as it always happens ... so stop hoping from Quebec and leave this province as other provinces offer better life and jobs
Really dissatisfied about Canada.. They just pretend to the world.. They always stand for humanity and Human Rights.. But it's totally a lie..we must get to know this situation the world by media.. Specially CNN, BBC,CBC etc.. World should know the truth behind this and it will work for us against them.. So friends plz try to contact them and do ur best to win this crisis together.. This disaster and bullshit BILL should be defeated by us.
Reimbursement is not important to us. Is it the thing we waited for years..it's so crucial..they can't just leave us with 1000 dollars.. Is it our passed years worth only 1000dollars.... We should fight against this.. Come on guys let's stand for us together..
I think the federal government didn't reject the Bill. The federal government actually have no control over provincial law. The federal government can challenge a provincial law Only when a provincial law goes against federal law. I am not sure if this is the case here.

We also invite you to read the terms and conditions of the Quebec Experience Program , a simplified permanent selection program specifically designed for temporary foreign workers in employment in Quebec and for foreign students graduating from Quebec. Full applications received under this program are processed in priority , in an average of 20 working days , excluding postal delays.
The Quebec Experience Program is not affected by Bill 9 and you can apply at any time.
A Quebec employer offered you a permanent job?
Persons with a job offer validated by the Department and filing a declaration of interest in Arrima will be invited to apply for permanent selection under the Regular Skilled Worker Program.
