C canmozu Star Member Jan 11, 2016 84 6 Jan 20, 2016 #3 I never had issues with canada post during my 8 years in Canada. Never used any courier. My citizenship application, PR renewal application RQ documents and correspondence with CIC I use canada post. End of the day your choice.

Preferably, if can send it thru FEDEX or UPS, they are more reliable and responsible, does have tracking system. Although, it does not matters much you can send by Canada Post too but make sure you get tracking records and acknowledgement.
