Mistake in Medicals

Hi,
I made a blunder in my medicals where I listed one prescription medicine which I am going to stop taking next week. The panel physician asked me to get a letter from my doctor stating some details about the diagnosis and prognosis (which is good). But I want to remove this from my medicals since I am stopping the medication. I got the medicals done in Fortis and trying to see if they can change it. Has anyone tried to change it before?
Secondly, can I redo the medicals at a different place and get the new one uploaded? When Fortis uploads the medicals is there a chance that it will be tied to my application? This is Upfront Medicals so no IME number.
