IMPORTANT: Please be sure to identify yourself. In order to process your request without further delay, you need to provide the following information: Name, Application Number and/or Client ID Number (UCI). Without these details, your request will not be actioned.



Completed Oath Forms

If you are submitting your signed oath form, this is confirmation of receipt.



Additional Documents

If you are submitting documents or additional information to our office, we will not confirm receipt of these documents unless further follow-up is required.



Missed Ceremony

If you are requesting a re-schedule of a missed ceremony, you need to provide an explanation for why you missed your ceremony. Your request will be put in queue for an officer to review and approve or deny your request. We will contact you directly if we need further information.



TRAVELLING OR OUTSIDE CANADA



If you have advised us that you will be TRAVELLING or are OUTSIDE CANADA. You MUST BE located inside Canada to participate in the oath ceremony. Therefore, the oath ceremony scheduled for you will be CANCELLED.



Please advise us of your return date. Please note, we can only POSTPONE the ceremony up to a maximum of 6 MONTHS. THIS IS ONLY FOR MISSING THE FIRST CEREMONY.



IMPORTANT: Once you are back in Canada, please contact us and PROVIDE PROOF of your return, such as the boarding passes. Once we receive the proof that you are back in Canada, we will re-schedule your oath ceremony.



A decision/response to your request will be added to your file. Should you require additional information, contact IRCC’s Client Support Centre for further information.

Si vous demandez la reprogrammation d’une cérémonie manquée, vous devez expliquer la raison pour laquelle vous avez manqué votre cérémonie ; votre demande sera mise en file d’attente pour qu’un agent l’examine, l’approuve ou la refuse.



EN VOYAGE OU A L’EXTÉRIEUR DU CANADA



Si vous nous avez informés que vous ALLEZ VOYAGER ou que vous êtes à L’EXTÉRIEUR du Canada. Vous DEVEZ ÊTRE au Canada pour participer à la cérémonie de serment ; par conséquent, la cérémonie de serment prévue pour vous sera annulée.



Veuillez nous informer de votre date de retour. Veuillez noter que nous ne pouvons REPORTER la cérémonie que jusqu’à un maximum de 6 MOIS. CECI S’APPLIQUE SEULEMENT POUR AVOIR MANQUÉ LA PREMIÈRE CÉRÉMONIE.

IMPORTANT : Une fois de retour au Canada, veuillez nous contacter et nous FOURNIR LA PREUVE de votre retour, telles que les cartes d’embarquement. Dès que nous recevrons la preuve de votre retour au Canada, nous reprogrammerons votre cérémonie de serment.

Thank you for informing us that you are back in Canada. Your application is in queue to be rescheduled for a ceremony and we cannot provide you with a specific time frame. Once you have been scheduled, we will contact you by email.

I got rescheduled for march 19th. My first invite was for Feb 9th. Came back to canada Feb 16th and emailed them boarding pass.
After they acknowledged, did you see a change in online tracker ? Or there were no updates until oath email ? They acknowledged my email today that my application is in queue to be rescheduled.
