Missing login credentials

Hello ,
I got portal 1 on 28 dec and second day i got one more email which says this email is to notify you that a new permanent residence confirmation case has been created under your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal
To view and action this case log into your IRCC Permanent Residence Portal account with your current log-in credentials.
however i did not get any username or password to login and untill now this is the only email i got, without log in credentials i cannot login i am really stress about this so what i should do now moreover i already checked all my junk and trash

Go through the emails by IRCC again. Check the email with the subject line PR portal, which goes as UCI number in the start and then followed by your name, that email will have your credentials. Check it.

I just check there is username and password
