minimum income required?

i am a permanent resident, from the Philippines. i like to sponsor my fiance and her daughter after we get married, is there a minimum income requirement? i live outside Quebec.

Yes there is.. since your fiance has a daughter.. Im not sure of how much.. check the CIC site and you could find a table that illustrates the minimum income requirements for sponsorship with dependents

No there is no minimum income unless your child[ren] have dependents. See www.cic.gc.ca

i called cic and confirmed it twice; it turns out i don't have to meet a certain amount of income per year. it made my worries go away. well, for now, ihave to complete all the requirements and find out if i am eligible for sponsorship. so i guess it's goodluck for me!!! but thanks anyways!!!
