I recently filed my ICT GSS lmia exempt application from India on 24th March 2022 followed by biometrics on 29th March, can anyone please confirm what are the major factors to make final decision? Or would be helpful if someone analyze my application based on below details.

1. What is min. years of exp. required for NOC 2174 in order to get ICT work visa? - I have 5.6 years.
2. What is min. years of client exp. required for NOC 2174 in order to get ICT work visa? - mentioned working for client from November 21.

3. Will it be worth to re- apply after 2 months if I get rejection?

4. Is anyone here who recently got PPR for ICT GSS lmia exempt for NOC 2174 with total years exp. less than 6?

To be eligible for ICT, you would have had to work for the employer for one year. Have you worked for the employer for a year to be eligible for a transfer to the Canadian office?

Yes. I do have 3 years of exp with current employer. I'm eligible and that's why I have filed the application.
Ok. Got confused with point 2. about client experience which i though was your current employer.

You have the experience and if your employer is showing that your expertise is needed in Canadian offices then you have a good change of approval.

Okay! I'm worried about less client exp. and total years of exp. ,as one of my contacts informed me that min. total years of exp. required for NOC 2174 is 8.
