MIGRATION THROUGH NEW BUSINESS IN EDUCATION SECTOR

I have a friend who has a business in Canada with colleges in Canada & USA; the business involves recruiting students from India & Africa who want to study UG or PG degrees in Canada. With this business in place ; is it possible to issue a LMO for the India directors of the Company to go to canada to meet representatives of the various colleges to enhance the business.

If they want to come to Canada to meet representatives of the various colleges - they should be applying for a business visa that will allow them to visit Canada temporarily. An LMO will certainly not be issued. LMOs are for full time job offers for jobs located in Canada.
