Siii, muy felices!!! But the thing is I am not mexican, I am nicaraguan and they don't ask PGR, they asked for me my Criminal Record from Court and Police Record. We send in the same package. I really hope we can get our Visa soon.

I'm so happy for you we got sa feb 12 so you have give me some hopes, i really think they sent me Aor by regular mail instead of mail. But who knows i will order notes tomorrow and keep hoping they will send me an email with AOr2 very soon. Congratulations again, hopefuly you'll get your visa in a month or less.

It took 5 weeks for them to send me the SA AOR from Canada. If they did send it to you hopefully from Mexico City it will take less than 5 weeks!

Thank you guys for your words! What I plan when they ask our passports is to send by DHL or FedEx and send also a pre paid mail back to deliver to me as soon is possible. I am pretty sure you both will get your papers soon too.

Guys so as I have read here. Once you receive your 2AOR then you have to send your passport to Mexico Office for the PR visa to be process, right?. At this moment I am in Canada do I have to send my passport to Mexico Office or do I have to fly to Mexico? or Can I do the process here in Canada maybe in Missaussaga office and just cross the border to the US and come back. Any help is appreciate it!!!!

Maguita, they will not ask for your passport until nearing the end of the process, when they do you need to send the passport to the Mexico office, as they are processing your file, along with your passport, they will send some paperwork and you need to send it all back, along with a pre-paid waybill for them to return it to you, use DHL or Fedex.

Yes Maguita, I hope you have news soon. Don't get too desperate, at least you are with your beloved one. I haven't see him since May this year and we miss each other a lot. Don't send your passport until they request. As our friend Thisness adviced, use DHL or FedEx. I wish you all the best pals!

I have a question. On 28 of March hubby received the email saying that he was approved as a sponsor. Then the letter says that they will transfer my file to the Mexican office. Since then I didn't receive any news or confirmation of that. So, I'm confused and I don't know if I should receive any confirmation, is that what you guys call AOR2? sorry I don't know the meaning of AOR2.

Hi lorrein, usually only the sponsor will receive the first AOR, the approval of them as a sponsor. AOR2 from the Mexico City Visa office is what you are waiting for, and you will likely relieve it via email, but if you look at the spreadsheet, there are many people ahead of you who are still waiting too. So keep your eye on them to get a better idea when you might hear something. It doesn't mean they don't have your application, they just haven't started working on it yet.

Hello Lorrein, in the spreadsheet you can find all meanings like AOR2, that it is the acknowlege of receive from the Visa Office in México. I received it a few days ago after 3 monts of complete silence. My husband received the Sponsor approvala(SA) 5 months ago!

I'm worry because I sent my medicals upfront and they are about to expire. Since they have been taking that long to process the files I think that probably by time that they open my case they will have to request for a new one

i am Mexican
I have gotten a removal order , the immigration officer said is just an exclusion order and that i can come back in a year
yes!! i overstayed for 8 years since i fell in love with my ex partner and we have a 4 year old son
now i am freshly married to my beautiful wife , we where in love and living together when a next door as#@%^$#
called immigration on me and got sent to the holding centre near Toronto , my girlfriend at the time paid a bonding fee
and got me out ,that is when the nightmare started , right after i got a mail from immigration that i needed to leave Canada
so i applied for PRRA, after 6 moths i got another mail that it was denied for a lac of poof,so they gave me a date to leave
21th of july , mi questions are ....

should i get a lawyer ? would that help?
am i gonna have to get an ARC even though they said is just a year penalty ?
what i my odds about never coming back to canada and seeing my son ?

please i am asking anyone for help please any advice any suggestion any comment will be appreciated .
