Hi my friends, we Send our application a day ago, very excited here!!! Can't wait for the post office to change "out for delivery" to ''delivered'' soon my nerves are killing me!!!! Hahaha

Applaying outland but in canda as a TRV



I didn't send meds since it says not necessary for Mexican applicants till they request it, anyone knows if they will ask for the meds before SA or after SA?

Please provide the link where it says that medicals for Mexicans are not needed when submitting outland. Please refer to guide 3908e No. 15.-Include for yourself and each of your family members, proof of completion of the upfront medical examination from the Panel Physician.

Let's hope you don't get your application returned as incomplete .

Medicals should be sent with the application but not the police report (PGR). If you didn't send the medical they can say it is incomplete or they could just ask you to submit a medical and then your application could be delayed but it's best to send it as per the checklist

From your own personal experiences, especially for those who filed for a refugee claim but not accepted, is the iNTERVIEW before or after the PGR request (police clearance).? If no, how many months do we need to wait for the ARC? Thanks..

When they replied to your case specific inquiry, did they say anything else other than nothing more needed from your end?

Did you submit the new medical? If he no longer has the issue then you should be next! We actually sent a case specific inquiry asking if everything was received after we sent the PGR and the responded friday morning. That nothing more was needed from our end. Then at 4:00 my husband received the PPR. It's like they needed a little nudge! Lol.

After you get SA, all the communication with the sponsored person including the request for passport is by e-mail? or they sent letter to his/her house even if you provided with an e-mail?

If the processing times are right, we are about to get SA, I'm the sponsored person, and i'm very worry because on my application i put an adress where i won't live anymore, and i mean i put my e-mail adress but i'm afraid they will send everything to the mail(old adress) and i have no idea how to change it before they do!! i mean i already sent like 3 specific case emails but nothing... and what am i going to do if they request something, (like the meds, the PGR or if they send the PGR letter) i won't receive there. I'm desperate

the decision gets send by regular mail. Go to Canada Post and request to forward your mail to your new address . Did you wrote an address in Canada or Mexico ? If it was Mexico , CIC will mail an original letter to request the PGR certificate. Changing address after submision is a huge risk as there is no garantee that the file will be updated. I cahnged my address by email, on ECAS and received everything in my old address.

Oh no!! yes, my address in Mexico, Then i don't know what to do anymore, if they don't change the address and i get a request for something to the old address the owner won't tell me anything because we finished the contract of the appartment in a bad terms so he will break any letter that arrives at my old address, or throw it to the garbage!! i'm truly desperate now

Can i e-mail my VO after my applications says in process to ask them if i have get any request or if they please can sendeverything to other address?

Is the passport request send by mail or e-mail or is it showing in the ecas if you have get passport request? if there is decition made then the passport is request right?

I provided them with an email and every time they had something to say they emailed me. The only physical mail I received was my passport with the visa but for that u have to send the passport first and with it the address that u want it sent back to. U should still try to change it but based on my experience, u should be fine!

She did not provide an email address, all the communication with her will be through mail.

Hello everyone. Excited to post that our Family Class Spousal application package was couriered to Mississauga yesterday, Friday, January 16th, 2015 and is scheduled for delivery to the Case Processing Centre on Monday, January 19th, 2015. ;D Nervous and excited. Dampened by the fact that they have increased sponsorship approval times from 61 days to 81 days. Oh well, at least on Monday we will be in the queue. Best of luck to all you who are waiting for a positive result!

Hi everybody!
We received SA on December 15th by regular mail. Since then, we have not been able to log in to check application status with the UCI they sent us nor with the application number. It says: We were not able to identify you using the information you provided.
I haven´t received yet second AOR from Visa Office (Mexico City) either, is this normal? So right now we we can´t check anything, we can not know if the VO has received our application, if they have started working on it or if it´s still in Canada.
Does the Mexico Visa Office generaly send a second AOR or not?
