It clearly states on the application forms that if you provide an e-mail address then they will only contact you by e-mail. The only way I can see them mailing something if you provided the e-mail would be if there is a typo or something and the e-mail didn't work. If you provided the e-mail then just make sure you keep checking your junk mail and once you get a message mark it as safe.

Hello. I have only been contacted through email from the mexican embassy including PPR. I think thts the best form of communication regular post cant be as reliable especially overseas

I'm aware of what the application form states. I've also been informed that the PGR request will be by snail mail which is why it's recommended to send a prepaid waybill for them to send it so it doesn't take forever. It probably has an official stamp or something like that on it that can't just be printed.

They will send everything through email except the PGR request letter, and the passport with visa in it, if you mail it to them at the end instead of going in person to get it stamped

Congrats!!!! Im checking dhl every second to see if they sent it back lol. But they only received in wed morning. Is he landing in toronto? Do you guys have his landing date? Cant wait to book my hubby's ticket

Congrats! It's such a great feeling to finish the application. On the checklist, I wrote "will provide when requested". They know that we can't get it beforehand. Good luck!

He is landing in Toronto yep but not finally destination. He is coming October 16 tickets already booked I'm absolutely ecstatic .Can't believe we got thru this without a lawyer and any complications! How long haven't you seen each other? Yes it feels awesome if you have a date. I have 19 more days to go!!

That's so sweet of you For me its been since May. You have so many birthday's and holidays ahead of you that you will be together! Our 2 year anniversary is coming up and I'm so happy we will be together =) My hubby got the passport back today . They are working fast.

Aww thats good that you will spend your anniversary together. My hubby wont make it on time for our third anniversary since its on tuesday and they havent sent the passport back yet. But just knowing that he will be here for christmas makes up for all lost times together.

oh many great news! congrats to everyone!
looks like strike is finally over, so I hope our application also gets finalized soon.. We applied 2012 August, is there anybody who applied earlier than us? I am feeling that our application have been left and forgotten, but I'm still just waiting since official processing time is 14 months.
I hope they catch up soon!
