And Havana has a quicker processing time than Mexico right?

according to CIC website Havana is 10 months and Mexico City is 13 months....but can you really trust CIC and their timelines???

From what I see, most cases on here are done within 6 months, but there are always exceptions! Who knows whats true anymore! lol.

Not to mention they don't seem to process them in order that they are received.. is that too much to ask for?? :)

that link you gave is so interesting!
its actually only 28 cases that are spouse, partners and children.
the other couple i guess were parents or grandparents.

yeah!. they always say that they do it in order. but i dont think they do.
although they might, because some officers work ALOT slower than others. so some people get stuck with a `bad`officer.
lol

Oh I didn't think of that.. lol If people are slower they should be assigned less cases.. haha

That's probably a better course of action.. lol

Suprisingly the case inquiry my husband sent last week (I think Thursday) to change his address, has gotten a response that the info will be added to his file. Although they still didn't confirm they had the file in mention... But it's still nice to get a quick response.

well when they get the case specific. the first thing they do is check the file number and confirm the number with the paper file.
so if they confirmed they would change the address, they definatly have the file!
thats good news!!
and Im impressed they replied so fast :D

Hey! I need help.
We looked on the cic website for DMP's yesterday and there was 3 in mexico city and 1 in GDL. So today we called the ones in mexico city. And they were 3,000 pesos!!! So tomorrow we were going to call GDL. But now we looked on the CIC website and it doesn't Show the GDL doctor anymore!!
Does this mean he can't be used as a DMP now?!
Is the ones on the website the only ones we can use?

What happens if we go to a doc and get the exam done and the next day there not on the list anymore? Does this mean they won't accept the test?

I'm frustrated. Please helpp :)

oooh crap you are right, damn it my fiance's daughter is traveling to GDL as we speak to do her medical, crap, talk about bad luck since we are almost out of time to sumbit it, good grief !

I bet it's mostly my fault that Mexico City's timeline is 13 months since my case has been processing for 35 months now ¬__¬
