Hey Jalisse, nothing yet since PGR Request on the 28th of September. Today is our anniversary, feeling very emotional, this situation sucks. I pray to God we hear something soon.

I hear you. Our anniversary was Jan 29...atleast we get to see each other end of month. I hope RCMP doesn't take too long. Once that is done then all requested docs have been sent. They already have PGR. I'll feel better once interview is done and then we see what's the next step. Eventually all will get resolved! Fingers crossed!

Hi. When did they start to check the background security according to the notes?

Our file has been sitting in MCVO since December 22nd and no movement since then. No changes on MyCIC. Shows medicals as passed but everything else states Not Started.

Still within normal range in your opinions?

I've been watching yours too hehe they received ours Dec 29, sent me SA and that our app was sent to Mexico Jan 20th and Jan 27 our ecas changed to in process. I still can't link to mycic so it's killing me that I won't see any movement at all.

It' says last update date June 12, 2016. So that is the last comment from the Mississauga office.

One thing I'm really confused about is the Secondary Office it says...

Was your sponsor an immigrant ? if so that could be something he applied before on that 2010 date.

Our app was received Dec 29. I was wondering about the processing timeline as well. We got a letter Jan 20 that I was approved as a sponsor and our app was sent to Mexico

I have noticed that in one of the other threads you mentioned you Overstayed your visit in Canada . did you need to provide an RCMP police Certificate and apply for ARC ?

Hey TANMEX. No ARC. As 1 year exclusion passed on its own. And RCMP we did before asked for. Took 3 days.
