Yup more than once. Actually once each month. Just a generic response, your application is in queue for review by an immigration officer.

Oh man....thats no good....Mine is eligibility not met and then passed to Mexico VO....I am looking at atleast 6 months more wait I think...

I am in the hold-up to be transferred to Mexico VO as well. I submitted a new police check with certified translation as the first one would have expired. They did not request the document but I still went ahead and submitted it to avoid further hold ups. I was hoping husband could be here for when our baby is born in anywhere from 6-8 weeks from now. It isn't looking good. How depressing. Still awaiting file transfer. I called CIC and they confirmed the application is still in Canada despite medicals passed at the start of March.

Im AOR Feb 26 and my file is in Mexico. Last update from CIC was Eligibility in progress, Background check not started. I guess they are waiting for my Biometrics to start (Given on May 2 but not updated yet on my EE profile)
