hello first of all thank you so much for the advices
this is me persia 5 who posted a topic about the refusel of visa
but i still did not understand some thing wich are :
as for the first one you said : Make sure you make more trips to Europe, U.S.A, Australia
so in your opinion no one wil get the visa for canada for the first time if he has never go to a nother country ?
and for the second you said : Make sure you show family ties to your home country, like properties, job security, good bank balance, savings account, shares, bonds, mortgage etc
i have my own bank account wich countain 19000 canadian dollar wich sponsored by my brother who lives in france and he has his own bank account too
but i think that the mistake wich i did in my first request is i didn't provide them with my brother bank statement ??
and for the last thing you said : Also make sure the course you are planning on doing is at least 1 year
so in your opinion the canadian embassy must delete the temporary resident visa ?

Couple of corrections, it may be a misunderstanding on both our parts:

"so in your opinion no one wil get the visa for canada for the first time if he has never go to a nother country ?" --> since you have mentioned in your original post one of the reasons your visa was refused based on travel history. This does not mean by travelling to these countries you'll be "guranteed" a visa, when the I/O looks at your file and he sees you have travelled to "developed countries" without claiming asylum or staying there illegally then the "possibility" of them refusing you based on travel history is low. But like I said before there is no gurantee there has been lots of cases where people have travelled extensively but have been refused visa.

Therefore you have to show ties to your home country.

so in your opinion the canadian embassy must delete the temporary resident visa ? --> No, Temporary Residence Visa or a Visitors visa only allows you to get on a plane, ship or a car and come to the border of Canada legally. Based on your initial application (assuming you applied as a student) to the Canadian embassy from your home country, once you are at the Canadian port of entry the immigration officer will decide on how long you get the student visa for.
