mercan canada agency ??? please help

I'm not familiar on how most of the applicants in Abu Dhabi got their jobs but I'm sure you can get the job either through agency or direct hire.
here's what my little brain can share.

• Job offer facilitated by you as in you Angelstar. Look for an employer by yourself: Because you are already there maybe you have a friend who is willing to give your sister a job or you can look a mcdonald store near you or any store who is willing to hire a Foreign Worker if they do, you can submit your sister's resume and if she pass then their she can start processing her Visa. This is the advantage if you have relatives in Canada.
• Search Online: I got my employer through online and half of the applicants in this forum are directly hired. In my application, out of 25 resumes that I passed only one who replied. It's because my job is rare. But FCA now is all over the forum. I'ts easy for you to find one.
• Through Agency:Please ask your sister to try to apply here. That's the only agencies I know.
  
  
  Once you've found an employer they will provide you, I mean to your sister an LMO and Job contract. Once she have that, she can now process her application for Visa to Canadian Embassy in Abu Dhabi by herself (application now I think don't required physical appearance. It can be done through online) If you got the job through agency they will instruct you what to do. If that agency is in Abu Dhabi I think you will file the application through them.
  
  I will give you links to the Abu Dhabi threads applicants. I think they can help you more on your queries. Don't be shy to ask them.

shorlisted = means. the agency endorse your application to an employer. If you will be chosen by the employer you will be contacted by your agency about the selection. If not back to pool. =)

Meron po bang may info dito re: processing time of lmo from saskatoon, saskatchewan?
I have signed the contract in mercan last month but until now i am still waiting for my lmo.
BTW my NOC code is 6311.

8mos na po ako dito sa Accenture currently employed, regular employee po. may 5mos po akong experience sa Jollibee when I was still studying college, nag end po ang contract ko dun. Bachelor's degree holder din po ako. May chance po ba ako makapasa sa standards ng Mercan? Please advise.

-i signed last feb 19, si ms. Lilet yung nag assist sa amin for contract signing/orientation.
3 groups kmi, some for alberta, then kami sa saskatoon not sure kung saan yung isang group pa.
...according to ms. lilet 2 to 6 weeks daw may LMO na, bale nakaka 4weeks na yung waiting time ko,
hopefully by April dumating na yung LMO natin. God bless

polo-phil.overseas labour order, ang alam kulang if ang employer mo ay higit sa 10 tao ang inihired saka sila need kumuha nyan..meron ibang employer pinaprocess na agad yan habang on process n ang visa ng mga taong hinired nila, pero meron ibang natatagalang umalis gawa ng POLO, minsan mas matagal pa sya sa processing ng visa..iam not sure kung tama lahat ng sinabi ko..naisip ko kasi dati kaya natagalan din proseso namin bago pa man may makaalis sa batch ko as FCA din sa edmonton is gawa ng POLO dahil halos 80 person kaming nahired n iisa ng employer..naabutan panga ako ng ktrbaho ko na makaalis from mercan sya FCA din s tim hortons,umalis sya last jan 29,2013..pero sa awa ni LORD paalis na din po ako....patience nalang senyu s pghhntay, ang LMO almost 2-3months ang pghhtay..godbless all..

if you want po talaga bakit di ka po mag-apply ulet as manegerial trainee in any other fastfood stores,like KFC,MCDO..etc..kasi bachelor degree kn man pala...opinyon kulang po yun ha..dahil mabilis po talaga as FCA makapasok basta may 2yrs experience ka
