mercan canada agency ??? please help

hi guyz.....kelangan ba ng canadian certification program sa mercan? my agency kc ng kelangan ng canadian cert program....masakit sa bulsa ang presyo ng ng enroll sa training na yan....hehehe...nid ur reply guyz qng meron yan sa mercan....tnx

Walang ganung requirement ang mercan parang may nabasa nadin akong ganyan, nasa 40k plus pa ung training fee. Sasabihin after magtrain hahanapan ng employer wala naman. So better check carefully Kung ok ung agency. Maraming nananamantala s mga gustong makaalis.

thanks po sa advice ask ko lng po since na ipasa na lahat ng docs ko sa mercan..wat if i change job sa pinas or nag double job ako makakaepekto b un sa application ko?like for example nakalagay sa doc ko sa jollibee me nag work. tapos on process na papers ko sa mercan.. after 2-3months nag call center ako ma didisqualified ba ako sa mercan kapag nag change job ako na dapat is currently employed as service crew.??

wag ka magpalit ng job unless may visa ka na .

Ok lang naman yan kaso paminsan kasi may mga pinopromote yung ibang agency na like training fee, admin fee etc. (palabas lang)
Unless otherwise kung ang inaaplyan mo ay need ng skills training/experience if NEED TALAGA SA EMPLOYER OR EMBASSY NG CERTIFICATE OR wala if wala ka talagang alam sa ganun bagay like being mechanic, welding etc. pero if FCA po ang aaplyan mo duon ay no need na para sa training na 48k. Kung ang inaaplyan ay may siguradong offer na ay saka ka pa lang dapat sasailalim sa mga training etc (sabe ng poea seminar)

pero nasa inyo pa din po kung ano ang mas makakabilis sa inyong makakapagpaalis. ang problem lang talaga sa mercan ay ang antayan dahil madame din mga nauna ng nagapply .. ang pwede ka magfollow up duon ay sa visa processor na nagassist sau, personally or text pwede k magfollow up. sa case ko umabot ako ng 5 months sa pagaantay bago ako magkaoffer

ano po ba ang name ng agency na tinutukoy mo po ? thanks

Yan n nga un TECP training, may nbasa n akong complain jan s agency n yan. If I'm not mistaken may ojt p nga daw jan cguro may napaalis din naman pero super suntok s buwan. Check mo s Poea if may job order sila, ang daming waiting jan ilang years na nagrereklamo na nga sila. I wil try to post the link Kung San ko nabasa. 48k is a big amount. Maraming Tao sa mercan kasi trusted agency tlaga sila and u don't have to pay any placement fee. Embassy fee, medical, Poea oec clearance Lang. The decision is still up to you, if u want o gamble. Hi New lang po ako dito sa forum ask ko lang po inapply ko kase bf ko sa mercan as FCA..

Naka attend na po siya orientation and nakapasa po sa TH Assesment at ngaun po tnatapos niya ung pre-medical niya then after that complete req'ts and embassy fee daw po dbA?

Gano po kaya katagal process o dapat antayin bago siya makaalis Tim Horton's po siya.

And isa pa po nakalagay sa qualifications 72units nkapag college po siya pero isang sem lang and nd aabot 72units pede kaya un? THANKS PO Wishing all the best sating lahat!

Hi guys, pretty much new here.

I just sent in my resume to mercan two days ago and still haven't finished with their site database info. (honestly, can't they accept one resume instead of repeatedly asking applicants to fill out online forms?). Moving on, I really wanted to know if I do have a chance to get accepted as an FCA in Canada. Below are the list of my experience:

- 14 mos. work experience in McDonald's (company owned, not franchise)
- 3 mos. training as Ground Attendant / Lounge Attendant at NAIA
- Currently working as Account Executive for a food delivery service provider, handling more than 80 casual to high-end restaurants.

I am also a graduate of a 4-year course last year, achieving dean's list award for 2 years.

I am pretty much confused as I got two emails from Mercan. One stating that I have to fill out the forms in their site, and then another, stating that I don't qualify/match the job. I knew they are looking for 18mos. experience in food industry, yet I only have 14 mos...but then, I'm still currently working in a food-related business. Do you think it's best for me to visit their agency instead and apply personally? I got really confused by the two opposing emails I received.

They are very strict with the 18 months experience, and you should be currently employed on the same field.
You have mention that you are now an account executive, though its a food related business the JD's are totally different.
But still i think it would be better if you visit their office, so they can answer all your queries.

tapos na ba ang contract signing ? kung hindi pa ay check mo muna sa mismong araw dahil yung ibang applicants pagdating duon ay ready na pala ang kanilang LMO. like sakin pagdating ko duon may LMO na agad heheh,, di ko lam tawag dun sa LMO na un bat ang bilis at wala nmn kaming pinirmahan etc. basta pagdating contract signing LMO etc na agad .. sa LMO mga 2 mos depende. minsan mas matagal. pero ok n yan at least nakausog kna hehe
