MEP was withdraw and reissued

Hi there,

I received MEP "November 12, 2019 You passed the medical exam" on Nov. 12, 2019. The status turned to "You do not need medical exam" on Nov. 13. Today, it turns to "November 15, 2019 You passed the medical exam" surprisingly. What does it mean? Anyone has the same situation?

I wouldn't read into this. It was likely a data entry error.
