Surprise, surprise, it looks like the processing priority is strict with the AOR date. My AOR is two weeks behind you, and I did my test 11 days ahead of you, but still waiting for LPP. Same processing office.

Call IRCC to find out the processing office. I believe that NiagaraFalls office is still sending out test invitations to people who passed BG in Nov. Call centre agents definitely know more details than the online portal, but some of them refuse to share and just tell you they do not have more...
