Greetings, need some advice.
I have an expired Canadian PR, I live outside of Canada. My daughter is a Canadian citizen, my wife is not. My daughter (2.5 years) has developed a medical condition and was referred by a local doctor to a specialized center in Toronto (it took them 3 weeks to study and accept the case).
We have applied for a TRV since December 2020, and till now there are no responses. We didn't have to do any medical exams or biometrics. Any ideas of how we can expedite this process, the condition is getting worse the more we wait.
