Thank you! Since my application is processed in the Ottawa, I used this e-mail: CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca . You can find e-mail addressed of other centres on the CIC website.

Dear,
They will check/verify the letter and/or reasons with the embassy.
It also depends on reason(s) of refusal, mentioned in the letter.
If reason is incomplete documents or insufficient funds, it should not be an issue.

The reason of refusal they told my wife is " apply in other appropriate category". She applied in business visa B1 (as she was invited to attend conference). But because she was applying joint application along her sister so visa office refused

Requesting some valuable guidance as I got TLU on 30th June 15 and Warsaw VO asked for scanned copies of the passports on 20th August. Since then there is no updation from the VO. I am waiting for DM/PPR.

Is this the normal timeline for them to operate or there is anything to worry about. Wait is killing now.

Different Visa Offices have different avg. processing time in months, depending on "Load and resources"

Check the Avg processing time for Warsaw... 32 months !, LVO 18 (before it was 36) months and so it varies.

Thanks for your reply. But I feel that since our files got transferred from NDVO to Warsaw, the processing time of NDVO should apply which is 11 months.
