'Medical results have been received' and Waiting for PPR

Dear and Seniors,

Good day. For my baby medical, please let me know as per below.

1) For baby, under 5 years old need to go for medical?
2) If yes, CIC will send medical form with IME number like our medical form to email?
3) For medical, what kind of medical check-up, need to do? My daughter is only two months old.

Before CIC send medical FORM to my email for my daughter, I am going to submit require documents (except my daughter medical FORM as this medical form come with IME number, so I must wait this form from CIC) for my daughter on coming 12-June-2015 as per below. Please check for me

1) Updated Generic Form (IMM0008ENU_2D) to add in my daughter particulars,
2) Updated Additional Family Information Form (IMM5406E) for me and my wife,
3) When pay CAD 150 for my daughter, I will use credit card. So I need to use IMM5620E?
4) Photocopy of my daughter passport ( can get on 11-June-2015)
5) Birth Certificate of my daughter (already done)
6) Passport photos 4 pcs

Any other documents I miss out? Please check for me. Thanks in advanced.

Dear Friends,

I applied in November 2014, and got married in January 2015, they havent send me any file number, for which I was waiting in order to upgrade my case, yesterday they sent me an email and asked to appear in interview and also ask to pay landing fee in 30 days from the date of this email.

Now I want to upgrade my case but there is another problem my passport is still on my father's name can anyone please tell me, is it necessary to change passport in husbands name or not.

Hello everybody, has anyone who belongs to FSW2013/2014 had to re-do the medical check due to yours had been expired before PPR was sent ? I have been waiting for DM/PPR for 4 months since FBI PCC submitted and my Medical report will be expired this November. Am very worried. Thank you all for answering.

As now, after my wife deliver baby and submitted her chest X-Ray and now TLU on 05-June-2015. So now I am waiting for baby medical and need to update the other form. So I am going to submit (i) Update IMM0008, (ii) CAD 150 for baby by using FORM 5620, (iii) IMM 5406 for both me and my wife (iv) 4 passport photos of my baby (v) my baby passport scan (vi) my baby birth certificate on friday (12-June-2015) before CIC request.

1) Did CIC send medical form for baby by email? Yes, I informed them about our newborn by CSE, they reverted back with requested documents. I sent them these docs and got MR email in the next 7th day.
2) This medical form is like our medical form come with IME number? Yes, they are the similar, with my newborn name of course.
3) How long you need to wait for baby medical, after you informed to CIC to add in baby into your PR application? 7 days since I have sent them the requested documents.
4) What clinic do medical on baby? only measure height and weight? Yes, height and weight only.
5) Did your wife do medical when she was a pregnant? Yes, with protected shield.

All the documents you mentioned are correct.

(2) Then CIC ask you to submit require documents ? After you send CSE, CIC take how many days to send you back required documnets? by email?
(3) Then you submitted all require documents by mail (send by courier?) to CIC immigration in Singapore.
(4) After you sent require documents, after 7 days later, CIC send medical form for your baby.
(5) For Baby photo, I think need to send 6 pcs (back of FIVE photos need to write name, date of birth of baby, and date of photo taken, sixth photo leave it blank).

(2) Then CIC ask you to submit require documents ? After you send CSE, CIC take how many days to send you back required documnets? by email? After 2 hours after my email, they reverted back with requested documents.
(3) Then you submitted all require documents by mail (send by courier?) to CIC immigration in Singapore. Yes, Courier.
(4) After you sent require documents, after 7 days later, CIC send medical form for your baby.
(5) For Baby photo, I think need to send 6 pcs (back of FIVE photos need to write name, date of birth of baby, and date of photo taken, sixth photo leave it blank). Only two per their email "- two recent passport-size photographs of your child according to the specifications"

I sent an email to my VO after a month of my medical, i got reply that "Background checks are still ongoing on your file and nothing is required of you at this time. We will be in touch with any updates or requests."

So TLU doesn't mean that your background check is completed. So hang on everyone, hope we all will get good news soon.

Does anyone know what is meant by background checks? In my case, i had medicals received on the 24th of January, 2015, and since then nothing new from CHC. They had asked me to submit 3 months banks statement with my MR and RPRF. I submitted the 3 months banks statement in February. I had to update my account because i had used part of the money for business purpose. I had to submit invoices to CHC to prove how the money came back.

I was in CHC, Pretoria during their open day first Tuesday of May (they have open day every first Tuesday of May) and i was told that the Visa officer is still reviewing my Proof of fund. I was there again during the first Tuesday of June and I was told that they are still doing background checks on my file and they dont know when this will be over.

My problem is that everything in my life seem to be stagnant and waiting for PPR. I am at a stage where i dont mind any decision. I just want to hear from them. Is there anyone going thru the same situation. Does anyone know of someone who had the same issue? What is the meaning of background checks?
