No. They don't send any acknowledgment on it..

instead u can check with the bank when was ur dd encashed...it works as acknowledgement for ourselves

I have a quick questions for my immigration friends! I have had cancer before and I'm afraid that they refuse my application because of my cancer history. My ECAS shows that my medicals have been received. Does this mean that they have merely received my medical results or it means that my medical results are fine? Would I have received a fairness letter if there had been an issue with my medicals instead of this update in my e-cas? I appreciate your help.

it means that your medical has been passed...as a normal standard...
and if there was any problem they contact with in 1-2 weeks max after medical submitted to Visa Office
nothing to worry
