I guess our medicals were expired in May 2013 but we did not receive anything that shows they are expired or extended from CIC.

I sent an email to CIC but they did not answer my email.

I hope PPR for all waiting applicants

yes it was a hard time for me and my family. I had to extend our permits and I spent a lot for TRV and permits.

Now, I am looking for jobs and our PR help alot.

Does CPP-O usually requested updated police reports before issuing PPR?
Should I go ahead and renew them in the meantime? I am in the US. FBI report takes 3-4 months to get but visa office only provide 60 days for sending them requested docs.
Any advice or comments would be appreciated.

i hope ur criminaliyt is already passed then no need, ppc r valid for one year normally. no need to re order pcc, if vo asks then u can order and explain to vo the reason of 100 days insted of 60 days. now just pray for good. nekeol

I am not sure as well, but what is Investigation and Security Division? CSIS is the agency that conducts background checks.

GCMS notes provides with the exact information of 2hat has happened on your file since you lodge the application. it is better yo orde4 one and see what is pending on yoir file which is causing a delay.

Finally,

After 40 months and 10 days, we received an email from CPP to send the passport + 2 photos for PR and Visa 2 days ago.

I guess CPP is working hard to finalize the forgotten applications from Buffalo office.

My Timeline:
Applied on: June 2010,
Medical and RFPR: May 2012.
Passport Request: Sep 17, 2013.
