i am new to this forum, my daughter's 2nd medical is going to expire on 7th of august 2012, the file is currently is in active processing and is in a que to be reviewed by the decision making officer might be possible her 2nd medical will be expired, is there is any possibility that her medical could be extended.

If a decision its pending the VO will make a request for an extension of your daughter's medicals in the first three months after medicals had expired, but if not they may request to your daughter to redo the medical tests once again, if its so, they will send you by mail or email all the forms and instructions how to proceed.

I suggest to wait for them to contact you with new intructions, you don't know if a decision its pending or not.

Congrats Lasiar, I am so glad its finally over for u but guess what i got passport request today too after one year waiting time and it finally paid off.. The last waiting game has just started as i am gonna send my pp off tomorrow to London visa office, anyone knows how long it takes for them the put a counterfoil into the passport and send it off?

I am so glad it is almost over... Gonna celebrate tonight..

I am very sure you will have good time with your husband, Lasiar. I wish i would do the same but i am half way around the world waiting for a visa to come live my wife. I will keep you updated too. Its been such a wonderful but stressful journey, has its ups and downs but i am really glad its all history now.. It does not matter anymore how long its gonna take. Its Ok as long as i know i am waiting to get my pp back soon as I have sent it off by courier. Keep us posted too.

Hi there,

Is it your application's husband in process on ecas??

I think its not since they didn't send your husband any emails so far.

I had an interview and only then after I passed it they told me they will make a request for an extension; usually they don't make a request if a decision its not pending.

I think you have to wait for their answer.
