Medical exam not valid

Hi,
I received ITA after my last profile was refused.
My medical exam are not valid since 02/17
I'm working in canada for the past 3 years with working visa.
Do i need to do the medical exam again upfront?
Is there a chance that i dont need to the them again?

Yes, you need a new medical, no other way around it.
