My one friend who is the dentist by profession, got the rejection letter before 3 days, his application was of December, 2010. His language points have been calculated as per the new law means that of getting 16 in Listening and speaking. i.e. He got only 2 points for A1 and A2 level. He got 0 in areas of training. And thus could not meet the minimum requirement of the points as per the Quebec Immigration.

I got decision made on 12th Feb., 2013
but there is no intimation from CHC, any courier,
when will get our passport back ...so worried.........

I went to vsf. they told me to make draft in favour of vsf mauritus.they also asked me to produce a mail or message we received from chc, new delhi. we don't have any but after a while kamalji told me we can send draft even without msg from chc. now lets understand these things very clearly guys.if we must make the drafts lets do ut. lets reach each other on phone and decide together. it is such unbearable tortuture. i request everyone to contact each other . in case u want my cell no. is 9841594073. suman pokhrel. decision made on 12th feb

surya sir....what a news about your frn? I think CHC ND was confused about him. His application should be evaluated based on previous criteria. better to appeal once. just send fax or email..mentioning his previous criteria for evaluation. i hope under such conditions, they will review again. it was not fair at all...

Yes suman sir, I also think this is a very good idea. Let's wait for this day and if we get a mail from CHC, it will go accordingly otherwise I have decided to go to VFS tomorrow and will make the drafts. We don't have other options. But while going there let's go in a group.

Dear All,

Wait for this week. In my Request one of my friend from India, who is working in ministry of foreign affairs contacted personally to the counselor at Delhi Visa office/ CHC regarding the decision made cases and status of passport delivery. According to counselor/ visa office - they are planing to send the passports back to Nepal Either through VFS or Australian consulate office in Kathmandu. This will be decided until the end of this week.
CHC it self is worry to send us our passports using reliable means. So why not to wait until next week ??
Also I doubt, If you are not getting any letters from CHC then why VFS can collect our passports ??

VFS tira pani ramro sanga bujhna paryo, ani kehi din wait garera herai manakamana g ko kura pani herau.

i heard last week, 7 applicants pp returned back in nepal with visa. i dont know how they got it.....

I know him but he has received a letter same as others which includes either give mailing address of India or contact VFS.
