So Christianity is one of the recognized religions in Indonesia. The premise of your initial claim would be questionable to begin with at best. The fact you made your claim initially as a Christian convert, but couldn’t support that conversion (anyone can say they are a converted) makes it harder to justify your claim. Add to that the political activities (not a significant amount of political activism going on in Indonesia to speak of) added at the last minute looks like an effort to gain refugee status using whatever means you think will work best.
