Hi,

After getting ITA we are done with Medical. After 5 days when I went to Hospital to know our reports but they gave only summary saying completed in all sections and said we have already uploaded on CIC.

How can we know the actual result of medical whether it is pass or fail?

Apparently, we don't. We just upload the document the doctor provides us an upload it as proof that we have given the medical exam, with the doctor posting our results, reports etc to CIC themselves.

Actually when we did medical Hospital staff told me that you will get results in 5-7 days. I called them after 3 days to know status then she said just wait 5-7 days if theres something wrong in your report we will call you otherwise if you don't get any call from us means it is passed.

Is that true? Please help

You can request your eMedical Health case details, on which you can see the test results, and they should send it you.

The document which was uploaded to IRCC should be given to you. Since you are the patient and have the right to demand it from the panel physician. Most panel physicians provide it. It contains all your tests done and the results, and it is the same document which is uploaded.

If you don't get it from the physician, you can get it under the Access to Information Act.
