Non of the reasons make sense since we’ve submitted everything to prove the opposite of each reason . It seems like they haven’t really looked into our application to be honest.

They have brain of their own, only God knows how they think, but it seems if someone is applying from country where he is not citizen then chances of refusal are high.

He’s a 3D artist we’ve been in the UAE for 8 years now .
Really our application was very normal
We got our US visa easily without anyof this overwhelming documents.
It seems like anyone that is not residing in their home country is a red flag to them . Other than that I don’t find another reason to refuse us a TRV.

Everyone wants to migrate, sure.. but that doesn’t mean we would overstay our visa since that would ruin our plans to immigrate all together.

US gives visa if they find person is genuine, they take interview which is good thing but Canada visa is only dependent on documents. I also think Country of residence was only weak link. I wish you good luck for your next attempt.
By the way, you got decision on Saturday ? or Friday ?

I think it was last Tuesday but u could get a decision on a holiday.

Gurinder. They Are Egyption not indian They Apply from UAE there embasy take only 2 weeks for decison & thats 25 calendar days. I also applied from Gulf. Its taking 16 working days.

"Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application."
Does it mean the visa is approved? My parent-in-law submitted their passport today. I am wondering whether there is any chance to reject the visa. I am thinking of buying the tickets as they are getting pricier. Thanks.

Yes. They got the visa. Before booking tickets submit the passport for visa stamping. It takes around 10 days in India for visa stamping. Book tickets accordingly.
