Yeah, that’s what I understood from going through various videos, forums, and forms. It’s a bit confusing, but I’ll go ahead and apply without submitting the PC. When I get to the section that asks if I'm submitting the PC, I’ll select ‘No’ and include a brief explanation.

This says specifically in the section 10(b) about the police certificate that:
You said "I’m planning to submit my citizenship application this month. I landed in Canada as a PR in April 2022 and have now accumulated over 1,100 days of physical presence."
So if you had 183 days or more abroad BUT they were all before you landed and became a PR, then you do not need a police certificate. I deduce from the math of your dates, since you became a PR in Apr2022 and it's now only May 2025, that any time in your country of origin > 183 days could only have been prior to Apr2022. So you don't need one, IMO.

How long it take for citizenship test after AOR ? How we can know which location office is processing application.
Are we required to upload both the front and back of the photo? I was under the impression that for online submissions, only the front is needed, and that the photographer’s details can simply be entered in the section below. However, when I had my photo taken today, the photographer stamped his shop details on the back and advised me to upload both sides. He mentioned that lately, many people have been asked to resubmit their photos because the back wasn’t stamped. He recommended scanning both the front and back together as a single file for upload. They do offer this service, but there’s an extra charge. Just wanted to check— is this really necessary?
I don't know what he's playing at, but just ask for the electronic version. At more and more places that do passport photos, they do this automatically. Place I did it charged a bit extra for the printed copy.
Thank you. The place where I had it done charges a combined fee for two printed copies along with the electronic version, which can be provided either by email or on a USB. They asked me to write my name on the back, and they stamped it with the date and studio details. There is an extra charge for scanning both the front and back, so I declined that service since I can scan it myself if needed.
